current status of the cases
as of today February 27th 2009 the disposition of the cases are:
Ed and Elaine: currently awaiting trial on standoff charges in strafford county DOC in dover NH.

danny riley: guilty of all charges, four total, being held at the FEDERAL CENTER IN BROOKLYN NY awaiting transfer to another federal facility, probably high security due to the explosives charges.
Dan has been sentenced to 30 years in prison. his tentative release date is 1-22-2039
dan is 41 years old and will be 72 when he is elligible for release. HIS is a death sentence!

jason gerhard: guilty of all charges, except explosive related one, he is being held in FAIRTON NJ at the medium security federal prison there .
jason has been sentenced on july 31st 2008.
on count 1 he received 72 months incarceration, counts 2 and 3 are both 60 months each but are NOT to run with count 1 but will run together, and count 4 is 108 months which is going to run with both counts 1 and 2&3. that brings the total time jason has been sentenced to to 132 months, or 11 years (counts 1 @ 72 months plus counts 2&3 @ 60 months equals 132 months which is longer then 108 months so the count 4 gets swallowed into it.) you must serve 85 percent of your federal sentence, jason will not get out of prison for 9-10 more years.
Jasons tentative release date is 2-12-2025
** there has been some confusion over jasons sentence. we are still not sure why he is showing as releasable in 2025 when our calculations show it should be only about 11 more years not 16. we will post another update when we have an answer.**

cirino gonzalez: is currently in FCI EL RENO in El Reno OK. he was found guilty on 2 counts and the jury hung on the other 2. the jury deliberated for over 16 hours while being hung on those charges and still couldnt convict. the charges were the ones relating to the conspiracy.
on Friday the 13th of june 2008 reno had a change of plea hearing and had decided to plea to conspiracy and the govt was going to drop the firearms charges. at the hearing the deal in writing varied from the verbal deal, including requiring reno to waive his rights to sue for being forced into illegal hearings during the trial. so reno decided to not sign and take his chances with a trial. 24 hours later the government filed a motion with the courts to dismiss both charges against reno, effectively cancelling the upcoming trial, without prejudice.
cirino has been sentenced to 8 years in prison.
his tentative release date is 8-31-2014

robert wolffe: Bob took a deal to testify against the guys to prevent his wife valerie from being indicted on the same false charges he was. charges that included delivering mail to fugitives. he is currently at BECKLEY FEDERAL CORRECTIONS CENTER IN WEST VIRGINIA.
bob wolffe was sentenced on july 31st 2008
he received 30 months for each of the four counts he plead to. we believe they will run together, meaning with time served (10 1/2 months) he should be out in about 16 months. bob received a sentence reduction due to him taking a deal to testify against the others.
his tentative release date is 11-16-2009
