elaine has been transferred to carswell medical center fort worth texas. this is another facility that has its own sinister side. there have been 7 CONVICTIONS in 7 YEARS for sexual assault of an inmate by staff members. elaine also recently writes that carswell is the highest security level facility that a female inmate can be commited too. why are the browns in maximum security prisons when their only “crimes” are tax related?
