More illegal actions by the Federal Government??
These documents are the First, Second, and last pages of the “proposed” plea deal that the federal government tried to get Cirino Gonzalez to sign at one of the many ILLEGAL hearings held in the district of Maine. those hearings, each and every one of them, violate 18 USC 3232 which states:
“Proceedings to be in district and division in which offense committed, Rule 18.”
why would the government need reno to agree to waive his right to have all proceedings in the district of New Hampshire if they had the right to hold them in Maine without his consent? they wouldnt, and this document is proof of the illegal actions of the government, and the court! this should lead to an instant mis-trial and either dismissal on double jeopardy or a new, FAIR, trial!
