Free the Browns

for anyone interested in helping, the most supportive thing you can do is write letters to any of the political prisoners. i am posting and will continually update all of their addresses here on this page. please remember that letters from friends and supporters are worth their weight in gold to a prisoner. if you can only do one thing to help please let it be writing them a letter to say hello, and that they are not, and will not be forgotten about.

all federal inmate commissary accounts are handled through this facility.  commissary accounts are used for all purchases from prison stores for daily use items, i.e. soap toothpaste,snacks, etc, as well as doctors visits, haircuts, etc.. so without money in a prisoners account they are basically indigent. once imprisoned they rely on handouts from friends and families. when sending money orders to the accounts please write the money order out into the inmates name. not to the bureau of prisons. it will be deposited into their own account, and please do not send cash. us postal money orders are preferred, all other forms may be held for up to 30 days. also they are only given last names of people donating to them without any contact info. if you would like to correspond with them you will have to send them a letter to the prison itself along with your contact info. and to all those who have already donated, they would like to say thank you from the bottom of their hearts and please send them your contact info so they can write you all personally to express their thanks.

INMATES ARE ALLOWED TO RECEIVE PERSONAL LETTERS AND POSTCARDS AS WELL AS SOFT COVER BOOKS AND PHOTOGRAPHS, AS LONG AS THE PHOTOS ARE NOT INDECENT OR DO NOT SHOW ANYTHING ILLEGAL OR ANY CHILDREN FROM THE WAIST DOWN, EVEN IF THEY ARE CLOTHED. THEY ARE ALLOWED TO RECEIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS TO NEWSPAPERS AND OR MAGAZINES, CONTENT DEPENDING, HOWEVER THEY MUST COME FROM THE DISTRIBUTORS DIRECTLY AS DO HARDCOVER BOOKS. NONE OF THOSE ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED IN UNLESS FROM A DISTRIBUTORS PRIVATE ADDRESS. ALL OTHER ITEMS SUCH AS STAMPS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED OR PLACED INTO THEIR PERSONALS AND HELD UNTIL THEIR RELEASES. ITEMS LIKE THOSE ARE TRADED LIKE CASH INSIDE OF PRISON SO THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED. JASON HAS EMAIL ACCESS SO IF YOU SEND HIM YOUR EMAIL HE MAY BE ABLE TO ADD YOU TO HIS LIST AS WELL.  IF YOU DO WRITE PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL PRISON MAIL IS MONITORED. SOMETIMES IF YOU INCLUDE BLANK SHEETS OF PAPER IN WITH YOUR LETTERS IT GETS THROUGH TO THEM. THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR PAPER PER SHEET SO BLANK PAPER IS ALSO VALUABLE TO THEM.
